Customer Satisfaction Policy

Our primary goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will make every effort to offer a replacement, provided your concerns are genuine and verified after proper evaluation.
Please note that the vinyl records you purchase are pre-owned. Therefore, they should not be expected to be in brand-new condition.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the payment has been completed, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Any requests made after 48 hours of receiving the goods will not be considered.

Refund Policy

  • If a customer is not fully satisfied with a product, we may offer an alternative item as a replacement.
  • Refunds are not applicable for Vinyl Records and Books.

Refund Policy would not be applicable for Books category.
